About Me
Hi, I’m Bec!
I’m a degree-qualified, Clinical Naturopath based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and am passionate about working with people from all walks of life.
My journey into naturopathy became deeply personal at 22, when I was suddenly diagnosed with epilepsy. That diagnosis didn’t just affect my physical health — it profoundly impacted my mental and emotional wellbeing, my sense of safety in my body and how I understood health as a whole. Navigating seizures, medications, consistent uncertainty and the mental health challenges that followed became a defining chapter of my life.
It was through this experience that my curiosity turned into conviction. I began asking deeper questions about the body’s innate intelligence, the mind–body connection and how true healing extends far beyond symptom management. Although my studies had begun before this chapter of life, Naturopathy offered me a framework that honoured all of it — the science, the nervous system, the emotional layers and the role of nature as medicine.
Today my practice is grounded in a whole-person, holistic approach that weaves together science, nature and energetics — supporting not only the physical body but the mind and spirit as well. I hold deep interest in treating mental health conditions, chronic conditions and both male and female reproductive health.
Using comprehensive case-taking and functional testing, while bringing both clinical knowledge and lived empathy into every consult, I create tailored treatment plans that empower patients to reclaim agency over their health through sustainable, everyday changes.
Above all, I honour your story. I meet you where you are — with compassion, presence and the belief that healing is not something you earn, but something your body is inherently capable of.
Whether you are navigating a complex health journey or simply seeking deeper connection and balance to self, I aim to create a safe, nurturing space where you feel heard, empowered, and truly cared for.
I’m so glad you’re here - Welcome.
